The booking method is surprisingly easy and intuitive, the place and cafe services is excellent, pretty attentive and helpful, the hotel is renovated as well as the rooms are really clean.

Assuming that you are visiting Hakuba you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Super place, anything is close by. Employees are super friendly and useful and speak excellent English. You’ll find activities every single night and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s extremely minor. Great quality for the price!

I have booked the room for 4 days with my husband. Beds were big enough and the space was always clean. Staff members have been quite handy and pleasant and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests ended up generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal.
